i was pissed because the clouds wouldn't clear off, but actually i liek this.

in ancient china, artists would leave parts of their paintings white (looking cloaked in mist) on purpose. they had a philosophy that nature and the world was too great to be known completely by humans, so they left parts blank, coulded, and unknown. i think that's really neat.
